Trust signals

Vendor standards guide coordination.

Vendor coordination with appropriate licensing and insurance where required. References reviewed. Owner approval before any vendor is scheduled.

Porchwise DFW coordinates vendor services on your behalf. We do not directly perform licensed trade work unless separately licensed. Vendor work is performed by independent third-party providers.

Shield check

We look for professional posture, clear communication, category fit, and readiness to work within documented homeowner approvals.

License review

Trade categories that require licensing are reviewed for category-appropriate credential signals before referral or coordination.

References

We consider responsiveness, reliability, scope clarity, and fit for occupied-home coordination.

Texas standard

We expect clear scope, homeowner approval, and respect for local trade requirements before work proceeds.

Vendor vetting process

We review category fit, communication quality, references, availability patterns, and whether a vendor can provide practical scope and timing information before scheduling.

Insurance requirements

We look for insurance appropriate to the trade and task. For higher-risk categories, proof of coverage may be requested before coordination continues.

Background check process

For occupied-home access, we consider background-screening posture, identity clarity, crew communication, and whether the provider can respect access instructions.

If standards are not met

If a vendor cannot satisfy the relevant checks, we do not route the task to that provider and will look for another option or tell you if availability is limited.

Licensed trade work

Homeowners stay in control of approvals.

Porchwise DFW coordinates services and does not directly perform licensed trade work unless separately licensed. Trade vendors remain responsible for their own licenses, insurance, work quality, estimates, permits, and invoices.
